About

Welcome! This site provides an overview of my work as an academic researcher and instructor in organizational behavior.

Research Interests
I am a PhD candidate in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management at the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. My research examines how employees respond to the social and psychological demands of contemporary work. I use experimental and field methods to understand how organizational practices influence employees’ perceptions, decisions, and ability to thrive in complex work environments. My goal is to understand how motivation and behavior are shaped in real-world organizational contexts, and how organizations can create conditions that support better outcomes for employees.

My work has been accepted for publication in major peer-reviewed journals, such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and Social and Personality Psychology Compass. I have also presented my research at leading conferences, such as Academy of Management (AOM) and International Association for Conflict Management (IACM).

Core Research Areas
 • Status and hierarchy dynamics
 • Ethical decision-making and moral disengagement
 • Social media, technology, and employee well-being
